After having a clear plan for the project, we go ahead and implement it.
We keep you updated on the project and (if necessary) have regular calls with you to get feedback and ask questions.
Then we go ahead and test your website on different browsers and devices to make sure the user experience is seamless and there are no bugs.
After everything has been built and we've finished testing - we then go ahead and launch your website.

For more complex projects that require a lot of time estimating we just give a ballpark price so that you know what to expect.

Yes, your website will show up on Google.
However, it's important to set realistic expectations.
Reality is that if your website and domain name are brand new, it might take a few weeks for Google to index it.
And it will probably take longer to get traffic.
Unfortunately, Google "doesn't like" new sites and prefer old ones that have existing content.

No, we don't.
Once we start working on a project, we can't offer you a refund.
It doesn't happen that often.
But if it does and if it introduces significant changes to the project - we will have to re-estimate the project.

The price for the support also depends on the project size.
Maintaining a 4-page website and maintaining a multilingual e-commerce store is a lot different therefore the price is different.
Most of the time PROGMATIQ works as a "one man show" run by Andriy Haydash.
That's why we only work with small-medium projects that usually don't last longer than 6 months.
However, we are agile and sometimes we bring in other developers to help us projects that require a bigger team.
